Description
Our gluten free puddings contain no wheat and use gluten free breadcrumbs. The pudding is still rich and delicious and is based on that traditional old recipe handed to Dawn by her grandmother. The use of farm fresh butter, quality brandy, farm fresh free-range eggs and Australian sugar ensures the same luxurious indulgence.
Our puddings are hand wrapped and ribboned, with the finest attention to every detail of the process.
