Rules:
Labelling: Each entry should include:
- Product name
- Date of fermentation start and finish (must have finished before show begins)
- List of ingredients
- Fermentation duration
Quantity: Specify the minimum amount required for judging (e.g., 250ml for liquids, 200g for solids).
Container Specifications: Entries must be presented in clean, sealed, and labelled glass jars or bottles. No entrants names to be visible.
