$1 per entry

$10 prize for 1st place in each class $5 prize for 2nd place in each class

$20 Dungog Wholefood Co-op vouchers for best overall entry

Section 1: Fermented Breads & Grains

  • Class 1: Kombucha
  • Class 2: Kefir

Section 3: Fermented Vegetables

Rules:

Labelling: Each entry should include:

  • Product name
  • Date of fermentation start and finish (must have finished before show begins)
  • List of ingredients
  • Fermentation duration

 

Quantity: Specify the minimum amount required for judging (e.g., 250ml for liquids, 200g for solids).

Container Specifications: Entries must be presented in clean, sealed, and labelled glass jars or bottles. No entrants names to be visible.
